[Sipsak] Monitoring connection

I am trying to use sipsak to monitor the connection to Teliax and I am
getting SIP/2.0 404 Not Found no matter what I try.  Teliax seems to be
good, but I am finding  a lot of times that they go down and don't tell
anyone so I am already monitoring if the connection to them from
asterisk changes to UNKNOWN, however what I would like to do is to test
if a particular proxy is down and is so, test another one and
reconfigure asterisk on the fly to that one.

However, how do I solve the 404 not found error?
