Nils,

I'm having trouble downloading the latest source from subversion.

I'm using the Windows client TortoiseSVN
[http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/] and I think I've got it working through
our http proxy, but when I try to checkout using anonymous HTTP my
TortoiseSVN client sends this HTTP request:

PROPFIND http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/sipsak/trunk HTTP/1.1
Host: svn.berlios.de
User-Agent: SVN/1.2.3 (r15833) neon/0.24.7
Connection: TE
TE: trailers
Content-Length: 300
Content-Type: text/xml
Depth: 0
Accept-Encoding: gzip
Accept-Encoding: gzip

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<propfind xmlns="DAV:">
    <prop>
        <version-controlled-configuration xmlns="DAV:"/>
        <resourcetype xmlns="DAV:"/>
        <baseline-relative-path
xmlns="http://subversion.tigris.org/xmlns/dav/"/>
        <repository-uuid
xmlns="http://subversion.tigris.org/xmlns/dav/"/>
    </prop>
</propfind>

and in return I get:

Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/svnroot/repos/sipsak/trunk'
Error: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/repos/sipsak/trunk': 502 Bad Gateway
(http://svn.berlios.de/)

A quick look on the net seems to imply this might be something to do
with the configuration of the webserver:

http://mailman.lyra.org/pipermail/dav-dev/2004-March/005361.html

Could you have a look-see at your end? Or, alternatively, just send me
the tar.gz.

Apologies for messing around!

Peter.
